OUR POLISH PROMISE
On average, regular polish lasts 3–4 days on fingernails (often longer on toes), while gel polish typically holds up for about two weeks. That said, your polish’s longevity can be affected by factors like nail health, frequent hand washing, or lifestyle habits.
If your regular polish chips within 2 days or your gel polish lifts or peels within 1 week, we’ll gladly fix it — on us. Simply reach out within the timeframe and we’ll schedule your complimentary touch-up.
RESERVING YOUR EXPERIENCE
To reserve your time with us, we kindly require a credit card or valid gift card number to hold your booking. If you don’t have a card on file, you’re welcome to pre-pay for your experience at least two business days in advance, or visit us as a walk-in guest, based on availability.
At checkout, we’ll always confirm your preferred payment method before processing.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ease into your experience — to select your polish, sip something soothing, and settle into the calm.
Please note: Our full cancellation policy is in effect for all bookings.
Our Fees
We may not be the least expensive in town — and that’s intentional. At Nourish, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality, toxin-free experience where your health and safety always come first.
As a medically owned spa, we uphold the strictest sterilization standards and use elevated, health-conscious supplies — which often cost more than those used in typical salons. Every detail is thoughtfully chosen to reflect our values of integrity, safety, and care.

We are grateful for your early arrival
To ensure your experience begins with ease and intention, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment. This allows time to select your polish, customize your service options, and complete any brief intake forms — all without feeling rushed.
For pedicure guests, we ask that you bring open-toed sandals or flip flops to support proper drying time. While we do have disposable footwear available, we encourage sustainable choices whenever possible — and we thank you for helping us reduce waste and protect the planet we share.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
If we have your email or mobile number on file, we’ll send a gentle reminder ahead of your scheduled visit — either by email or text, depending on your preference.
That said, it’s still your responsibility to arrive on time. Nourish cannot be held accountable for missed or forgotten appointments. Please refer to our Late Arrival and Cancellation Policies for full details.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re running late, we kindly ask that you give us a call. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, each experience is thoughtfully reserved in a specific time frame.
If timing allows, we’ll adjust your service to fit the remaining time — however, the full service fee for the pre-booked service will still apply. This ensures we stay on schedule and continue to honour the time of every guest who visits Nourish.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are always appreciated and never expected. For individual reservations, a tip of 18–20% is customary, but always left to your discretion.
For group bookings of 4 or more guests or private spa events, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the final bill as part of our group service policy.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
We hope you love every product you take home — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Unopened and unused beauty care products in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged or applied as a credit to your Nourish account. To process an exchange or credit, please return the item within 7 days of purchase along with your original receipt.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
“Can I Return A Product If I Don’t Like It?”: As individual results may vary, we are not able to guarantee specific outcomes. While we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, we stand confidently behind the quality of the products we offer. If a product isn’t working quite as expected—for example, if a moisturizer feels too rich—we’re happy to share personalized tips to help you get the best results. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to support your skincare journey.
“I Think I Might Have Experienced An Allergic Reaction. Can I Return The Product?”: Although allergic reactions are very rare we do understand that they can happen. Please reach out to us at getnourished@nourishspa.ca, describe your reaction, and attach photos to your email. If a return or product replacement is approved we will issue store credit or product replacement once we have concluded that a reaction occured..

GIFT CARDS
Nourish gift cards are available for purchase in-spa, online, or by phone, and are a beautiful way to share the gift of self-care.

Purchased gift cards never expire.

If purchased as part of a spa package, the full package value is honoured for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that, the gift card will convert to its original dollar value, which can be used toward any service or product.

Gratuities are not included and cannot be paid with a gift card.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Promotional gift cards (including giveaways, donations, and special initiatives) are valid for spa services only and expire 6 months from the issue date.

To maintain a calm and restorative environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you silence your phone and refrain from taking calls during your visit. Thank you for helping us create a peaceful space for all guests to enjoy.
MASK POLICY
Your comfort is our priority. At Nourish, masking is a personal choice — and we fully support whatever feels right for you.
If you prefer your aesthetician to wear a mask during your service, simply let us know. We’re more than happy to accommodate your request to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
SILENT APPOINTMENT
Our team is highly attuned to the energy of our guests and will naturally follow your lead when it comes to conversation. That said, if you’d prefer to enjoy your experience in silence, simply let us know — no explanation needed.

LOST PERSONAL ITEMS POLICY

Please keep personal items with you. While we do our best to maintain a safe and secure environment, Nourish cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

Before leaving your treatment room, please take a moment to ensure you’ve collected all of your belongings.

Lost & Found: Items left behind will be held at the front desk for a limited time. If you believe you’ve forgotten something, please contact us promptly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We truly value you — and your commitment to self-care. It’s always disappointing when a guest misses their time with us, because we know how much that moment was meant for you.
Last-minute cancellations mean another guest waiting for care may miss their opportunity. To help us honour everyone’s time and maintain the standard of service you deserve, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
Cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice — or missed appointments — will be charged 100% of the reserved service, payable before or at your next visit.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’re so looking forward to welcoming you into our ridiculously clean, care-filled space.
