Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with precision and care.
• Consult with guests to understand their concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Spread joy, kindness and compassion to your work family and guests.
• Connect with guests on a personal level, making them feel cherished and cared for.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep our spa space sparkling clean and filled with positive energy, while adhering to spa sanitation and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• A heart full of love and a passion for making people feel beautiful inside and out.
• Esthetician certification to show off your skills.
• Previous spa experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even better!
• A knack for creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
